1. Definitions

• Personal Use: Your Account is for personal use only. You may not allow any other person to use your Account or access the platform on your behalf.

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Registration Process

To access gagah4 services, you must register for an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information. Required information includes but is not limited to:

• Full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification
• Valid email address and mobile phone number
• Date of birth (to verify you are 21 years or older)
• Residential address in Indonesia
• Preferred currency (Indonesian Rupiah / IDR)

You agree to provide supporting documentation for KYC verification when requested, which may include a copy of your KTP (Indonesian Identity Card), proof of address, and bank account verification documents.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must:

• Create a strong password that is not easily guessable
• Never share your Account credentials with any third party
• Immediately notify gagah4 if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account
• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device

You are liable for all activities conducted through your Account, whether authorized by you or not. gagah4 is not responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your Account if you have failed to adequately secure your credentials.

4.3 Account Verification (KYC)

gagah4 is committed to preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. As part of our compliance obligations, we may request verification documents at any time, including before processing withdrawal requests. Failure to provide requested documents may result in Account suspension and withholding of funds until verification is completed.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

gagah4 supports deposits via Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

Minimum deposit amount: Rp 50.000

Deposits are typically credited to your Account within 5 minutes during banking hours (08:00-20:00 WIB). Off-hours deposits may take up to 24 hours. You agree that:

• All deposits must originate from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name
• Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited
• Deposits are final and non-refundable once credited to your Account
• gagah4 reserves the right to refuse any deposit at its sole discretion

5.2 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: Rp 100.000
• Your Account must be fully verified (KYC completed)
• The withdrawal bank account or e-wallet must be registered in your name and match the name on your KYC documents
• Any applicable bonus wagering requirements must be met before withdrawal
• You must have wagered your deposited amount at least once (1x rollover) to prevent money laundering

Withdrawal processing times:

• BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri: 5-15 minutes during banking hours (08:00-20:00 WIB), up to 24 hours off-hours
• E-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay): 10-30 minutes

gagah4 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing withdrawals, particularly for large amounts or first-time withdrawals. We do not charge withdrawal fees for Indonesian bank transfers and major e-wallets.

5.3 Anti-Money Laundering

gagah4 complies with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards. We monitor all transactions and reserve the right to investigate suspicious activity. Accounts found to be engaged in money laundering or fraudulent activity will be immediately suspended, funds frozen, and relevant authorities notified.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

gagah4 offers various bonuses and promotions to enhance your gaming experience. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, which will be clearly stated in the promotional materials. By claiming a bonus, you agree to the applicable terms.

6.1 General Bonus Terms

6.2 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to abuse or exploit bonuses, including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts, collusion, or using betting systems designed specifically to clear wagering requirements, will result in immediate forfeiture of bonuses and winnings, and may lead to Account closure.

7. Betting Rules and Game Play

7.1 Sports Betting

gagah4 offers comprehensive sports betting coverage including football (BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League), badminton, basketball, volleyball, MotoGP, and e-sports. General betting rules include:

• All bets are final once confirmed and cannot be canceled or modified
• Minimum bet amount: Rp 1.000
• Maximum bet and payout limits vary by sport, league, and market
• Bets are settled based on official results as determined by the relevant governing body
• If an event is postponed or abandoned, bets may be voided unless otherwise stated in specific sport rules
• Live in-play betting odds change dynamically; bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement

7.2 Casino Games

• All casino game results are final and cannot be disputed unless a clear technical malfunction is verified

7.3 Errors and Omissions

gagah4 reserves the right to void bets in cases of obvious errors, including but not limited to incorrect odds, incorrect event details, technical glitches, or human error. In such cases, stakes will be returned to the User's Account.

8. Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities:

• Underage Gambling: Creating an Account or gambling if you are under 21 years of age
• Multiple Accounts: Creating more than one Account to exploit bonuses or circumvent restrictions
• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen credit cards, fraudulent documents, or engaging in any form of payment fraud
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Users to manipulate outcomes or gain unfair advantages
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, or automated software to place bets or play games
• Arbitrage Betting: Exploiting odds discrepancies between platforms for guaranteed profit
• Hacking or Exploiting: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to gagah4 systems or exploiting technical vulnerabilities
• Money Laundering: Using gagah4 to launder money or process transactions for illegal purposes
• Account Sharing: Allowing third parties to use your Account or access your credentials

Violation of these prohibitions will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all funds and bonuses, and potential legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

gagah4 provides its services "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform
• We are not liable for losses resulting from technical malfunctions, server downtime, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events
• We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of gagah4
• Our total liability to you for any claim related to these Terms & Conditions is limited to the amount you deposited in the 30 days preceding the claim

You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk, and you are solely responsible for any losses incurred. gagah4 does not guarantee winnings and cannot be held liable for gambling losses.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

gagah4 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification when requested
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity
• Multiple Account creation or bonus abuse
• Request from law enforcement or regulatory authorities
• Prolonged Account inactivity (typically 12 months or more)

Upon Account closure, any remaining Balance (excluding forfeited bonuses) will be returned to you after deduction of any applicable fees or outstanding obligations. You may voluntarily close your Account at any time by contacting customer support.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming law and the laws of the jurisdiction in which gagah4 is licensed to operate. By using our platform, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction for resolution of any disputes.

In the event of any dispute arising from your use of gagah4, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through our customer support team. If resolution cannot be achieved, the dispute may be escalated to binding arbitration in accordance with international arbitration rules.
